Fort Worth Fit Fest was a unique wellness festival that brought together a wide selection of health specialists, professional trainers, lifestyle brands and local vendors to help inspire positive, healthy changes in the community. Red Road agency was brought in to brand and build the event from the ground up with the goal of reaching loyal, fit-conscious shoppers who support health and wellness businesses.


A multi-pronged marketing strategy was developed to reach 3 target audiences: attendees, vendors, and event sponsors. Once strong branding was in place, sales tools created, media buys placed, and digital campaigns running, Fit Fest quickly grew from a startup festival to a city-wide event that was publicly endorsed and attended by Miles Turner of the Indiana Pacers. Vendor spots sold out and sponsorship revenue exceeded original financial goals.
